Celandine is a stunning 4 bedroom contemporary lakeside holiday home, situated on Howells Mere within the award winning Lower Mill Estate private nature reserve.

Sleeping up to 8 people (with additional space for travel cots) the accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, the main living area being on the upper floor with a large outside glass-fronted decking area and views over the lake.

A spiral staircase leads from the upper balcony to the 'skydeck'; a spectacular roof top terrace which offers complete privacy and views over the surrounding area.

Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private country estate comprising seven lakes, abundant wildlife and lovely walks. There is a small selling shop local produce, children's playground, mini astro-turf football pitch, trampoline and tennis courts. There is also a nature trail for youngsters around the estate.  Guests have free access to the estate's wonderful Artspa with its slate-lined indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room and state-of-the-art gym. Bike hire and boat and paddle board hire is available on the estate. Golf, fishing, sailing, and waterskiing is available nearby.

Adjacent to the spa is Ballihoo restaurant which is exclusively for the use of guests at Lower Mill Estate and offers a comprehensive breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and take-away menu. Here diners can enjoy the finest and freshest produce in an Eco-friendly environment. 

Situated close to the historic town of Cirencester, the house is a perfect base to explore the Cotswolds villages and a handy location for visiting the various festivals in Bath and Oxford and Cheltenham, including the annual National Hunt festival in March and the Cheltenham literary festival.  

It is fabulous for families or an extended family group with plenty of facilities for children. The decking areas of the property are completely enclosed and there is no direct access to the water from the balcony.
